Maikin is an online retail store selling stationery, lifestyle accessories and related goods, including products from third-party manufacturers. Purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale.

French law governs these terms. Where Maikin directs its activities to your country of habitual residence, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions that would otherwise apply.
Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under the applicable rules. These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction on the courts of Antibes or France. You may contact us to seek an amicable solution without prejudice to your legal remedies.
